How healthcare system classification impacts treatment choice in multiple sclerosis
October 29 @ 17:00 – 18:00
Healthcare systems play a fundamental role in determining how people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) access diagnosis, treatment and long-term specialist care. While scientific advances continue to expand therapeutic options, differences in healthcare organisation, reimbursement policies, drug availability and clinical pathways create substantial variation in patient care across countries.
In this expert panel discussion, Thomas Berger will moderate a conversation with leading European neurologists to explore how healthcare systems influence the delivery of optimal MS care. Through country-specific perspectives and interactive discussion, the panel examines practical challenges, identifies successful approaches, and considers how healthcare systems can evolve to improve access to high-quality care while making efficient use of available resources.
